“La Gordone”

Our plot of "La Gordone" sits on the North-facing bank of the Layon river. The winegrower's hut makes for a bucolic setting, inviting contemplation. The vines are surrounded by ancient hedges and a large orchard combining fruit trees and medicinal plants.

This schist terroir gives rise to fruity, generous wines, marked by a fine bitterness on the finish.
